Visitor FAQ

• 01. Who can attend the show?
• "Trade Only" exhibitions require the visitor to carry business identification and that the visitor registers for the event. "Public Shows" are open to the general public.
• 02. Can you help with a Visa Application to visit the show?
• Overseas exhibitors are more than welcome at all of our exhibitions but due to administration pressures we cannot enter into any correspondence with regards to visa applications. We suggest that any visitor requiring a visa contact their local Irish Embassy or the Department of Foreign Affairs in Dublin.
• 03. Do I have to pay to attend the show?
• "Trade Only" exhibitions are traditionally free for those in the specific industry, pre-registration is recommended and enables the visitor to obtain your badge in advance and therefore avoid any queuing. "Public Shows" traditionally charge for entry. Please see the exhibition website for details.
• 04. Can I bring children to the exhibition?
• Under 16's are not admitted to "Trade Only" exhibitions. Public shows are open to visitors of all ages.
• 05. I teach a class who are interested in attending for educational purposes, can I bring them to the show?
• Students are only admitted on prior arrangement with the organisers. Please use the ?¢‚Ǩ?ìContact Us?¢‚Ǩ¬ù button at the top of the page.
• 06. How do I pre-register to visit?
• Pre registration is available for all our "Trade Only" exhibitions by using the registration button above or through each of the individual exhibition pages on this site. Every person from your company who wishes to attend the show must pre-register individually.
• 07. I may be interested in taking an exhibition stand, how do I do this?
• Please contact the organisers by using the "Contact Us" button above.
• 08. Your website says that pre-registration is now closed. Can I still visit?
• Yes, there is a facility to register at the front door of every one of our exhibitions.
• 09. I have pre-registered but have lost / not received my badge; what should I do?
• There is no need to register again; we can print another badge for you at the show.
• 10. When will I receive my pre-registration badge?
• These badges are sent out approximately 2 weeks before the show opens.
• 11. I would like to come back tomorrow; do I have to register again?
• If you are visiting a "Trade Only" exhibition, please retain your badge; it is valid for entry on every day. If you are visiting a "Public Show" then you will be asked to pay again.
• 12. Is there access for those with limited mobility?
• Yes, all the venues we use are fully accessible.
• 13. Is there 1st Aid on site?
• Yes, all our exhibitions are staffed with qualified medical personnel.
• 14. Are there catering facilities at the show?
• Most of our exhibitions have a full catering service onsite. However, certain exhibitions may just carry a limited ?¢‚Ǩ?ìsnack?¢‚Ǩ¬ù service, but should this be the case, there are plenty of facilities within a short walk of the venue.
• 15. Who is exhibiting at the show?
• A full exhibitor list is available on each individual show website.
• 16. What are the opening hours?
• Please visit the individual show website for these details.
• 17. How do I get there?
• Please visit the "Venue" page on each show website, this page will carry public transport suggestions, car park information and maps.
• 18. Is there Car Parking at the show?
• If you are attending a show in the RDS then there is a car park at the show. This is organised by the venue itself and costs ?¢‚Äö¬¨5 regardless of the time spent at the show. We have no control over car park costs or any queries relating to parking.
• 19. Is there a cloakroom or left luggage facility at the show?
• No
• 20. Is there a Lost Property office?
• Please check with the organisers office at the exhibition to drop in or collect any items.
• 21. Can I smoke at the show?
• No, current Government legislation prohibits smoking at all our exhibitions. The venue has provided facilities for smokers outside the exhibition halls.
